My kenya fragged itself like 10 time in the past few weeks. Anyone in philly need kenya frags haha?
Here's an old shot of my Kenya Tree,
now over 4 x this size, and this thing frags itself!
my kenya started out as a frag and has grown quite large. it is near the top of the tank and gets plenty of light. it seems happy as can be but drops babies everywhere like weeds. So do they also do that when happy or just when survival mode kicks in as stated in an earlier post in this thread
Mine seems to be doing the same thing But I'm now trimming it like a garden tree and pulling out those that aren't where I want them Sort of like tending your garden, seems to be working so far. 8)
i love my kenya when a kenya is happy it rewards you with great growth !!! and lots of kenyalettes i have baby kenyas everywhere
You can now see mine in my DT videos- videos are all short, Kenya tree is getting near volleyball size when the whole thing extends.
MIne is very lagre now, and fraggs often.
Many people (I still like mine), consider these a nuisance coral, and won't have them.
It was my first, along with my encrusting gorogoneam- which is considered another huisance coral!
As are discoma shrums- yep, got LOTS of those too! LOL
Will be on my list once I start with corals. Saw an awesome specimen at the LFS today.
