You would just get some power heads and place them in the tank.

yes will help your filtration by having good flow inside the tank with no dead spots you could do a kor 3 and a 2 in opposite ends

So no special mods are needed when putting in a powerhead. Just aim and plug in correct?

Ok so I got a little bit done today....

    Check valve I'm using....

Everything drilled, the return nozzle's in, and the overflows set in place (not sealed in yet. Also putting a black piece of plastic over them.)

    Different angle

First time peeling off the side tape. Discovered a small scratch on the inside. Probably from the dumbhead who had it before stored something in it. Looks clean though. And i'm gonna have that once small scratch fixed.

The scratch can be buffed out and definitely should be. It wont show if the tank is clean and there is water in it but once algae starts to grow it will fill that scratch and will be very obvious. Take the time now before it is filled to get rid of the scratches or you will be sorry later.

I like the design on the tank. The two cleaning holes on the top wont cause any issues and if you run into salt creap coming out of them you can cover them with little acrylic plugs.

What size return pump are you looking at?

I wasn't aware there was paint that was reef safe. Is there?!? That'd be awesome!

What can i do to get rid of the scratch? I have never worked on acrylic so i have no idea where to start. Has a few though that need to be buffed out. I just have no idea how to do it. Step by step anyone? lol

Well ty. The design is all thanks to the guys at 3reef. I've gone through so many different ones it's not even funny. But i like the way it turned out.

The pump i got is a mag 9.5. Moves around 950 gph. about 2 years old. Got it for $40 Works like a champ.
