Nice job! In some ways I think the planted tanks can be harder to keep up with than reef tanks. High Tech planted and SPS setups are prob pretty close I would imagine

I agree on the tanks being similar. I fell you need less pricey equipment for dosing on a planted tank the larger it becomes. Filtration is easier and cheaper also. You are doing something similar with a CO2 reactor on a planted tank to the Ca reactor on a reef. Dosing is lighter so automation is harder in the planted tank IME. Lighting levels needed might actually be the same.

Surprisingly quite a few just in my experience. Stargrass and Anubias have for me. I know I am forgetting one other and have seen shots of a couple of other species.
