    Sweet tank 2in10, you're going to miss it. Can I ask! What is the orange looking coral center right behind the hippo tang?

    Thanks, I know I will. The coral is Acropora formosa if you mean the large, widely branched one.

    LOL I have an idea of what I want to try with the 75 I used for my planted tank.

    Wow, John. Your tank looks phenomenal. It's interesting to see how far it has come over the past few years. You started this tank right when I joined 3reef. I think you might have been one of the first people to help me out when I was new. I've been missing in action for about 9 months now (aside form popping in here and there), and I come back to this. I will soon be starting 2 nano tanks of my own (salt and planted). You've been a huge help to myself and many others in learning the techniques of the hobby; sad to see you go.

    Sean I have no plans to leave 3reef. Just not going to have a ank for a while.

    Why not? It is not like my knowledge has disappeared, nor that I have no desire to help. I just will not have anything to show off.

    It would be directly below the Acropora Formosa and there is a 2nd smaller colony closer to the sand bed below it. lol try this.

    Yellow polyps is how they are desribed and sold. It is a type of zoanthid. I believe the genus is protopalythoa.
