    So I was browsing Salt Corner to see if I could find an Urchin that matched the one I found crawling around in my rocks. All I can say is that I'm glad I didn't touch him when I was reworking the rocks today. Apparently he has a rather nasty bite (ok, sting)

    The question is now, what do I do with him? The one I have is a little fry, about 1.5-2cm in diameter, with spines for about another cm in all directions.

    He won't make much Uni (sushi/sashimi) and I don't think I want to try, but anyone had good/bad experiences with these guys? What should I do with it?
