    neither just let it run its course you need to get it some time! i had ich in my reef tank and it went away after a while keep what you have in there healthy and fed with garlic keep up on your water changes and you will be good.

    +1, just keep your fish happy and stress free. If you have to, set up a HT to treat the fish.
