What you actually appear to have is PWP (post without pic).

I cant tell if it is RTN from the picture or if it got stung by something?

    Did you smell it?

RTN is usually white and is rapid progression. The picture looks yellow in the one spot. I can only see on the top part of it (is that all?)

How long did you have it? Is this the coral that was just received yesterday?

I think I would keep an eye on it and see if it progresses.

    Did you dip/quaranten?

Pagoda cups are generally more resistent to diseases than many corals

I am wondering if it is not brown jelly disease. Is it slimy looking, tissue sloughing off?

I took the dremil to it as I have a few other LPS and SPS and do not want anything to get out of hand. It has been in the tank for 2 days now and came in the mail like this. It was not an online purchase it was a gift from an old friend. It was not yellow you were looking at it was white, just not a good camera. it is but I dont have time to set it right. I have a few other corals I need I.D. on so later I willl go through the cam settings and try to get good pics for the id section thanks for your time

It looks like it could be RTN. You may want to give the coral a dip in an Iodine solution like Pro Coral cure to help prevent the spread of the RTN.
