Is this a bad thing

    I found this thing on one of my coral plugs and it seems to be moving around. right now it is on the right stalk (if you can see it). Is this bad? If it is...how do I remove it? do I just cut off the current stalk and will the head grow back? thanks

    I don't think the picture helps. It almost looks like a polyp of some sort but kind of clearish brownish.

    + 1 on above 2 from me, at the base of the very middle stem there seems to be a nem of some sort and it does look like an Aiptasia to me also

    Sure could use a better pic. It looks like it could be a palythoa to me, but again, it's impossible to tell.
