Is my Brain browning?

    I don't dose anything. The coral isn't turning white, not in the slightest. It wasn't an overly colorful coral to begin with. It still has it's green sparkle towards each mouth, the ridges have gone from a dark green/brown color, to a translucent tip with a yellow underdone (similar to the color of the smilies to the right of the reply thread).

    Turned the lights down a bit, we'll see what happens.

    It sounds like light inhibition to me. Turning down the lights should help along with lowering the placement and/or shading the coral.

    I moved the light unit up another 1.5" to put it at 7" above the surface too.

    Now the ridges are taking on a yellow florescent appearance.....and the tissue/skeleton is beginning to grow onto the plug!!!!

    My coraline is taking off too.

    Very exciting times, especially with my 55 gallon upgrade coming in the next few weeks.
