Urgent Is it normal ?

    As most of you know i recently adopted a 39ga tank with all its inhabitant's which include soft corals. I'm not sure what this particular one is and if it is normal after the stress of moving for it to look like this or if it is lacking in something....

    Please advise

    I have checked the chems with a five way testing kit and they all seem exceptable but not sure....
