I upgraded my tank from a 75 to a 120. I brought the live rock over and added another 40 pounds. I did brand new sand. The tank has been running for 6 weeks. I put a crew in and within 24 hour they were all dead. I waited another week. The ammonia is gone. Nitrates are <10 ph is 8.2. Alkalinity is 196. Calcium is 460. What is killing my snails?

How are you acclimating them? Snails are sensitive and need to be drip acclimated for about 30 minutes or more.

I am a newbie I dont have a nitrite test. Salinity is 1.025. I did not drip them because my salinity was identical to the pet stores. I just floated them to get same temp before adding. I did drip the black thing with the spikes and even he is dead. What the hell? I added two little clowns yesterday with them and they seem fine
