What can i do to improve water flow i will be moving them in the middle of the tank ... What would you use???? also if i get more rock does it have to be live can i add dry rock ????

If money is not an option than WP or MP40.

You can use dry rock it'll to longer to become established, but that is ok. Again if money is not an option then live cured rock.

You want 20-30x turn over. Look at the thread below for 125 gallons.

You could add two of these.

Hydor Koralia Evolution Circulation Pump/Powerhead

Typically 1.5-2 lbs of rock per gallon of water. You could get by with probably another 50 lbs or so.
