Never seen this but hopefully it eases the dreaded color matching that I suck at.

I have the Hanna pH. It needs to be calibrated frequently.

    It's useful tool.

    :)

New tank toys are so much fun. I feel exactly the same way when my packages arrive.

Ok so I've let the bottom I made set and cure for awhile. This is what it looks like in tank. I plan to put sand in the rest of the bottom and in the center of the rock floor. of all goes to plan, all rock work will be placed on the hard floor portion leaving an open sand bed.

I do have one question for you guys. The rock floor is coming in contact with the glass on the left and front viewing panes. Do you think I need to silicone along where the rock touches the glass? I want it to look natural so I don't want a stream of silicone along the glass of not necessary. But with the nature of the rock it isn't flat even against the glass. There are some bumps and crevices. Should I be concerned about food or detritus settling down between the edge of the rock and the glass? I planned on just hitting the crack between the glass and rock with a turkey baster every so often. But I wanted to get some other opinions on this.
    Thanks!

You're using an MP? It has a mode that will blow all the detritus out of the rock when ever you want.

    Most definitely following, so cool.

Yes I have two MP40s laying around. I am hoping to get away with only using one but we will see. Thanks for the input!
