ID this disease on yellow tang

    Fish is acting/eating normal, no behaviors out of the ordinary. Noticed it this morning, looks to be under his dorsal fin and maybe showing up on his tail... reddish/brown.

    Water will be testing later today, but I dont suspsect anything out of the ordinary there...

    (ignore the large white blotch... salt spot on glass)

    That kind of discloration doesnt exactly mean it's a disease. It could be bruising/scratching from rocks or coral stings.

    I would agree with above, looks like an irritated spot from rubbing or something.

    What other fish do you have looks like a battle wound.

    Well, tested the water, and all params are normal.

    Its all but gone now, faded away during the day. Perhaps a sort of bruise? Dunno, but all is well. Thanks for the replies!
