    Need better photos.
Getting rid of ich is hard. Takes a min of 6 weeks to break the ich life cycle

Can give more detail? How big tank? How long been running? Live stock? Do you quarantine fish before adding? Any corals in tank?
I got ich a couple times and wiped out all my fish. I know QT all fish before going in to DT. QT is a hassle but beats having to deal with ich. Plus now I have a lot of corals so pulling fish out and/dosing my tank is not an option

Unless you added the water that came with the nem I doubt it came with the nem.

Do you have a plan to upgrade your tank to a 6ft tank? Those fish get big

It doesn't matter how small those fish are, you need to re-home those fish asap. Way to many angels together especially in a 30 gallon tank. Your problems in the tank are stress and water quality issues. The more you dump into that tank the more stress you'll cause. Re-home those fish and until you get 125 or more I wouldn't try those fish again. Never buy fish assuming your going to upgrade your tank, that's a disaster in the making.
