Sorry. Current isn't your issue. As I have mentioned in previous threads you have posted, your water parameters are probably your cause. I think that your water isn't up to par causing stress on your fish. Please post your values. Saying that the are good, won't suffice.

Alk, ca, and mag are important elements even for softies.

The link I gave you should have gone directly to the disease article but that whole site is really useful. I highly recommend it.

Ich tends to appear during times of stress, depending on how healthy the fish are depends on their ability to fight the parasite. It starts in the environment and how healthy the tank is. Medicating the fish can add stress because now their system is not only fighting a parasite but also dealing with the meds in their system.

There is no medication that actually works on ich, many state they do but none remove the parasite from your water or fish. Even when ich isn't visible on the fish, its still there, the parasite is just in a different state of its cycle.

I would recommend doing a good water change to lower your nitrates, 20 is a little high. This will also help remove as much of the meds in the water.

To ensure the parasite is gone no fish can be added for 6-8 weeks. ich and velvet need a host, without a fish they will die. If you add fish at this point you run the risk of more loss.

During this time continue doing your maintenance, reading, and testing
