it depends on the stores near you.

i think the cupramarine would work better but it will kill crabs.

there are a bunch of different treatments or meds that all contain the same things specifically copper, some use formaldihyde and malachite green

so just look around your fish store they should have some type of medication for ich.

i just got back from petco with a bottle of coppersafe and a bottle of kent zoe (vitamin soak). I noticed they had turbo snails and i was wondering if the coppersafe will kill that if i buy it.

 

also, should i just dose the coppersafe for 20 gallons or should i subtract some volume for my 15 lbs of LR?

 

snails would be more effected then hermits because they have no exoskeleton.
i would try a lesser dose and see if it works because copper is still harmful to fish, inverts just have less tolerance then fish

 

how many ml do you recommend for my 20g w/ 15 lbs of LR? The bottle says 4 ml for every 5 gallons

 

try 12 ml.

12 ml is in there. the bottle says that one dose lasts for a month. Should i follow these instructions?
