    I wouldn't put two lions together of the same species, unless they were properly sexed fuzzies.

    ok will do that then, but if i get the the barberi i can sex them like the fuzzy and get 1 male and 2 females right and get a triacanthus to?

    ill ask about food when tank is done and im closer to getting fish since i still know what im getting (i love them all and want them all lol )

    my wife dosnt tho

    me ;D her when she see's see me get them all :finger::uzi: i wana keep her like :gorgeous: so we settled so now this is me :second: and her :crowngrin:

    Sorry, but no. Only the fuzzies are sexable to date. A lot of different species mix together well, but do not tolerate conspecifics.

    Volitans tend to get along in bunches.... that's beside the point, but I just wanted to throw that out there.

    Male and a female fuzzy and a barberi may work. I say may, because every fish is different in their personalities.

    From what I read ithought the barberi could be sexed like the fuzzy
    Well for now its either 1 barberi one cocktail or 1 rad and 1 cocktail ill figure that out when tank is wet

    Ok soo after much thought and research I've decided I'm going to go with multiple fuzzy lionfish. Ik it can be 1 male and was thinking 2 females. I'm getting the leaf fish ( cause you guys made them sound so Damn awesome) as for other fish maybe either a foxface or a squeril fish as for a cuc what can you get ik no ornamental shrimp but as far as I can see all others are fine but I may be wrong

    They won't touch your typical snail/hermit CUC.

    A foxface would more than likely work, just watch him closely to make sure. If you see nips out of the lion's fins.... it's him.

    your saying the foxface over the squirrel fish? i like both but i dont wana over crowd the tank, i was thinking the 3 dwarfs 1 leaf fish and 1 extra fish
