no, that would cause alot of stress on the animal, you dont want it overstressed.

 

yea and i have seen them grow back also my fish are not bothering it

 

i've heard this done before, and i thought it was when it came to infected/sick corals..

maybe it has something to do with if you plan on dipping an infected coral???

 

im not sure what you mean ...... But at this point I have not figured out its problim its looking better now ill just have to watch

 

I had a lobo go through tough times in my tank. It bounced back no sweat. This one does look depleted but by no means dead. I would keep it in the main tank and spot feed it like ya'll told him to do. In a few months, it will be right as rain.

 

Just an update hes thingies were out and i fed him tonight

 

Yup, see. Good water quality, mellow fishies and good husbandry will bring it back. Good job on nursing a coral back to health. K+ bigtime. Wish I could give you more.
