Oh that's priceless! Sounds like she's gonna be a handful! Just hope your wife doesn't have to go through labour for 3 days like mine did withh me. I was almost born on St Patty's day, but decided it was too cold out there so I held on until March 19th.

    Yes, How is she doing?

It's horrible to think of the health issues going on in the 3reef family. In December my dad was told by the Mayo clinic that he has ALS, or Lou Gehrig's disease.

You never want to hear that your parent's are ill.

Health issues are tough... but friends help you through. Both my wife's parents are undergoing cancer treatment... which is hard... BUT... the point is that her friends surround her and protect her and help her through. Same here on 3reef. Just figured we should be checking up on swagger.... it had been a while and a reminder that we were still here couldn't hurt.

PS -- Hope your Dad is doing better.

Unfortunately there really isn't much you can do for ALS. The prognosis is never good with ALS. He gets around pretty well, uses a walker, and can drive cars and do most things most people can. In that regard he is much better off than most ALS patients.

I'm old enough to handle the effects of losing a parent, swagger is too young and her mom is basically her only parent. My heart goes out to you Meghan.

I am so horribly so for not being on here lately and for lack of updates.
I had posted another thread updating (http://www.3reef.com/forums/bucket/update-my-moms-sick-84044.html) so some of you probably missed it. My mother is doing wonderfully and is back to work as a reporter (she mostly records and then types her interviews now for the news paper). We've been busy will several bits of news lately: Two new nephew/niece(s) on the way, brother's wedding, and my other brother got picked for "special" training (cant go into more details) in the military.
Thank you all so much for the generous love, care and support you have all supplied!
    I love you all
