I have the ICH problem ???? i suggest keep everything as it is??

    my fishes have ich for 2 weeks till now ... i suggest keep everything as it is running without any medication until ich is removed by itself as i did with my freshwater fishes when they infected ..
    salinity 1.022
    temp 28 -29 c
    my fishes (clowns & tang) eating well & not fasting
    is this a good suggestion or what to do ???
    and how can it take about time to go ??

    you can buy selcon and garlic guard, you just soak their food in it for about 5 mins before each meal. It helps boost their immune system so that they can naturally fight off the ICH.

    It seems to be working for me, my clown had ich about a week ago and is still eating and doing good!

    I would lower salinity to 1.019 dealing with ich too. Fish ate healthy then my achilles just bit the dust, I added a uv sterilizer and fed with selcon hoping to lower stress but it didnt work
