    i've been trying to dose an aptasia and had no luck so i took the easy route........hammer time......i just broke off the piece w/ aptasia......it worked great....and it was right next to my kenya tree and i think it was stinging him, so out the door or should i say out the lid he went.....any way yes break away, will not harm a thing.

    Ok, I couldn't help myself. I tested the parameters anyway :p

    pH - 8.2
    Ammonia - 0
    Nitrate - 30(6.8N)
    Nitrite - .6

    So, 3 days in, is this about right?
