    how do you raise pH in freshwater? and right about now, i think it would be too stressful for the clown.

    Baking soda is the cheapest safe way to raise PH...IMO a dip is going to be useless at this juncture...I would try to keep the fish eating and hope for the best...if you lose ur fish, let the tank sit fallow of fish for a month or 2 to starve out the ich infestation...also in that time invest in a UV sterilizer...

    i will note the sterlizer, but worse comes to worse, ill do a mantis shrimp.

    To be able to rid the water of free floating parasites the UV sterilizer needs to be at least 15 watts and must have low flow going through it in order to have the dwell time to expose it to enough radiation to affect it.
