I got it from my LFS and it is all skeleton no rock. No idea when it was fragged. Looks like the tip of the skeleton may have broken free from the mother.

Ill save room in my tank for this one when i have abit more reef experience. I am definitely an LPS fan I haven't caught the SPS bug yet but I'm sure it will happen!

Luckily I am from australia so basically everything's from Australian waters unless they tell you it's from indonesia etc. :)

Cant wait though, that coral looks amazing.

Nice Elegance John. Did they have it in the sand at he LFS? I got mine from an LFS as well no rock on mine as well but the LFS had mine on the rock work and it was doing fine so I put mine on my rock. Seems to be doing fine

It was in the sand at the LFS. Elegance are usually found in the sand and are very easily damaged by rock work. They do not recover well from injury.

Thank you unfortunately it did not make it. It started declining a couple of days after that shot.

Could have been handling issues or maybe even collection. I didn't know where it was collected. Indonesian ones fair poorly, Aussies do well.
