Hystrix & Caliendrum growth over a 3 month period

I think I would be tempted to get the water straight from the ocean if I lived in Orlando

 

Not on the east coast area I live in. I won't go in it let alone put it in my tanks. Although it would be cool to build a house on the beach and plumb the tank to the ocean......ok, I took it way to far.

 

The one time I try this it will be during a red tide bloom, and everything in my tank will die.

 

let me guess, you're in the north east like me with the green ocean water? lol

 

That shouldn't be the case, not with our aquifer system and sandy filtration.
