    We are having a small issue with the automated "Shipment Confirmation" emails that our system is supposed to send once your order is shipped. We often ship out product the next day so if you haven't gotten your email as of yet, try calling in and asking for your order status.

    Our CSRs will be happy to get your tracking information for you over the phone!

    Place my order last Tuesday, called to obtain the tracking. Found out that my package won't get here till Friday. Almost 10 days.

    Depending on where you are located it can take up to 5 to 7 business days for your product to get to you.

    Friday, Saturday and Sunday were not shipping days last week. If the order was placed on Tuesday, it would likely ship for Wednesday. That leaves only Thursday for that week, plus the 5 days of this week would bring it to 7 business days.

    Most customers in CA and TX experience the full 7 business days since we ship out of Niagara Falls, NY.
