    Having just returned from a trip, I noticed that my tank suffered in my absense. Looks like magnesium dropped off the map and my pH is whack. Corals are seriously grumpy. Gotta luv nanos! :tongue4:

    My sitters did pretty well though. No dry pumps, etc..

    Funny you should mention this.
    I also just got back from a trip (St. Lucia to be specific)
    My sitter just so happens to be an employee of the store I do some consulting for as well as living within 1 mile of my house.
    So to that a big thanks to the best sitter ever - Ben. -Thanks.

    I'm leaving Thursday for NJ and I'm getting 2 friends to help me out....i'm scared ha. Maybe ill put a nanny cam.

    What about those of us who are afraid to leave for more than two days at a time because you don't have or trust a sitter ;)

    It is inevitable, there will be times when you will have to leave your corals in the care of another temporarily. Ack.

    :confused: oh dear i am currently out of the country/have been for the last two weeks. i just received an email detailing the tank doing well but my baby clam is MIA. the little guy was doing so well too. i hope he is found and returned to his perch.

    I left my husband with my tank who just likes to look at it, and he did a good job for his first time.
