You can also go with a good hot5 unit and that would suffice for lighting needs.

I have two seabe's that I got that looked that looked that bad (bleached out) at first. I have had one about 8 months now and one 2 months. The key is to build up it's zooanthelle so it can live.
I think the lighting is sufficient, is is almost exactly what I ran in my tank the first 5 months that I had my seabe in the same size tank. It will need to be mid to high up in the tank for sure.
Start feeding it every 2-3 days a meaty treat (I give mine raw shrimp or scallop pieces), until it starts to gain some color. Will probably take a month or two.

if tissue seems to be breaking down, floating off, or if it looks to be turning inside out. They take a couple of days to adjust. Usually inadequate lighting kills anenomes. Also, is he pooping?
nowt wrong with that, if you have clowns u might find them feeding it, if it dont move then it likes where it is!!
