So I bought a big rock when I first started my tank and it's covered in a purple algae and I'm also seeing some corals or something growing randomly but since they are so small I cannot take pictures... It's not even a half inch, it's very pinkish colored and it has white dogs on it's limbs... And the other ones are even smaller and sometimes have an orange blob in it and same arms with white dots on them...

And is there a bad algae or whatever that looks like a feather duster?

The purple algae you are seeing is Corailline, that is GOOD
Im not sure about the second one you are trying to desribe, but I am pretty sure it does not have white dogs on its limbs (Im pretty sure you mean dots)
Any picture would help ID what you are talking about

The first one looks like a feather duster to me but the rest look like aptasia to me. They are bad anemones and if you can get a syringe and put some lemon juice in it and try and inject it with the lemon juice.

The first picture looks to be a feather duster. Those are good.
    The next ones are aiptesia.....BAD
You should inject them with boiling water, lemon juice, or Aiptesia X

All of those things are aptasia. They are not good to have and will continue to grow and multiply. To kill them you can try a number of things; boiling water injected directly, Joe's Juice injected directly, kalk paste smeared on directly or Aptasia-X. I have always justed boiled water and gave it a good burst with a turkey baster. If you google it you'll get all of these treatments and possibly some more. HTH

Yup it sort of does, but they are very common in new and even old tanks. Search google and you will find many ways you can get rid of them. You could also try peppermint shrimp.
Once they are gone your tank will look better than ever. ;)
