The best Zoa regimen i've ever seen is a guy on 'another forum' from Canadia. He shuts his power heads off every so often and broadcasts a bunch of 'gunk' (Homemade food thats has a little bit of everything) He keeps the power head off overnight so the food stays on the zoas, and then just before lights on the power heads kick on and he has amazing polyps that grow FAST.
Disclaimer. He also has a 75g fuge with 50 or so giant mangroves due to the added bioload.

Time is the key! I take pictures every other week to make sure they are growing. You would be suprised how much it has grown but by watching it everyday it always looks the same.

It seems like they grow really slow until they reach about 20 polyps or so and then it is almost exponential growth from then out!

I feed my tank Coral Extacy 1x bi-weekly. My zoas have tripled in the last 6 months. I found the stuff on EBay and swear by it. As do several other reefers I know :)
