how to get purple algae

I just dont know why yall are freaking out so much i mean i used the whole bottle like it said and tested for calcium and thats it plain and simple as far as i could tell it did nothing to my params. Or if it did it wasnt long enough to do any harm. Its a personal choice whether or not you want to use it but i dont know anybody that used it can And prove that it messed up there tank soo i dont think you need to be bashing something unless you have proof that its bad thats all im saying. If u want to use it then fine if you Dont then thats fine too

I have read that in the ocean coralline algae is used by corals for egg propagation, probably not important to aquarists but would make sense if you have good coralline growth you would have good coral growth as well.
