    just cut a branch off...simple

Kenya trees are very hardy and do not die easily. Take a clean pair of scissors or a brand new razor blade and slice a limb off. Should attach to a rock within a weeks time.

+1. Agreed. I have fragged this kind several times, and they seem to recover after about a week.

You should still be able to see where the branches and stem are at. Cut it on the branch side.

You can cut it pretty much anywhere. We cut a small leather off of a rock, and it is doing well on the new rock we attached it to. Additionally, the stump we left behind is growing back!

An LFS might be willing to trade for it. You'll want to get a little bit of rubble to attach your pieces to, and let them sit in your tank for a couple weeks to attach and heal up. Then take them, or pictures to your LFS and see what you can get. Keep in mind that sometimes it is worth giving things away to your LFS if you can build a relationship. Trust me, it will come back ten-fold. A couple of mine give me discounts every time now.

    Good luck!
