    Maybe ill pick up a 6500K CFL at lowes... I really enjoy the LED but maybe its not enough light.

    Astrea and Turbos mow down any GHA that grows in my tanks. Cheap, effective and safe.

    Id give the CFL a shot. They are cheap and last long too. The spectrum for the LEDs just dont seem totally there yet. If you can get a 5000k CFL bulb give it a shot. I used both 6500k and 5000k and the 5000k seemed to grow chaeto and algae a bit better than the 6500k.

    +1 to turbos. Although sometimes they can be just as good at bulldozing frags over as cleaning your tank.

    I have two turbos but they don't touch the GHA and the love to move around my frags. Its a game we play.. I place them on my rock and they mow them down every night. :)
