How Often Do You Feed ?

I feed 2-3x a week. One of those is the equivalent to half a cube of frozen (it's a home made mix though) and the other 1 or 2 times a week i use pellets or zooplankton.

I feed the coral 2-3x a week and this inevitably means the fish get fed again as they eat most of the items i use for coral food (cyclo-pleeze and silversides). But sometimes I feed the coral rotifers and the fish don't eat that.

 

My fresh water parrot fish gets fed every other day. He is still small. He hasn't even changed colour yet,but, when I feed him, you wouldn't believe the amount of food he can get into that litte mouth. Should I be feeding him more ?

I feed once, sometimes twice a day. I know it's more than some people, but my fish are happy and I'm happy! It's usually equivalent to 1 cube of frozen mysis and some pellets.

1 clown, 1 damsel, 1 royal gramma, 1 high fin perchlet, 1 red head pseudo.

 

Lord, I feed my tank small amounts 1-3 times a day lol.

 

9 fish (currently): 1 frozen cube once a day. Seaweed everyday. Corals 1-2 a week if I can remember...

 

100G with two clowns, a yellow tang, foxface rabbitfish and purple pseudochromis, I feed 3 to 4 times a week skipping a day here and there. Most of the fish are over 6 years old and I have had them go over 13 years so I must be doing something right!

 

i feed every day but in small amounts.

 

I have only 3 fish in my saltwater tank, 29gallons. in my 40 gallon cube tank I feed out 1 a day. I got about 1 big, am talking about 6 inch, gold fish and a tiger oscar

 

I have been feeding my fish every other day, but one of the moderators told me once or twice a week was enough. I have a small set up ( 10 gallons )
