    If I remember correctly, you need about a pound per gallon.

    Depending on the footprint, 200lbs should be plenty.

    depends how much height you want. im sure theres an online calculator. i know we have one for sandbeds. gravels much thicker so that calculator wouldnt be accurate. i used to do 1lb/gal in my cichlid tanks till i switched to sand.
