Paid about 230 bucks for my Deltec MCE 12 months ago which I had to have sourced and purchased in UK and bought over by a team mate, relieved it was OK, well pleased with the performance.

OK I voted. Yes My Bubble King retails for around $2200.00 and if I paid that I'd say it was worth every penny.

600 - purchased 18 months ago and that was the pound price I paid which was a lot more USD than it is today

its about 300 pound sterling now for same item depending where you shop
internet has some better offers than the LFS has at times

Just ordered an octopus extreme 300 for 471.00 and free shipping. Will be here tomorrow. Will be going on a 240gal dt, 75gal sump and 29gal fuge build. Will post a review when it is up and running. Also have a coralife super skimmer 65 on my 55gal dt,20gal sump/fuge I paid around 90.00 for and after a few simple mods is working great. It seems to work better in the sump where the water level stays the same as to hob as the adjustment knob is very touchy but since it has been in the sump I haven't had to touch it.

Coralife 125, paid $119 I think. Then found just the body for a Coralife 220 on a "dollar table" at an LFS. Bought it for parts, and found that it fit the collection cup and pump was same from the 125.

In short, got the Coralife 220 for $120. It's a beast in comparison.

I'm satisfied with it. Very consistent, not at all hard to dial in.
