How do I order a tank?

I am located in Southern Indiana and I am having a hell of a time trying to get a tank that is pre drilled. I want a 90-100 gallon tank. Is there a way I can get one shipped to me? Or will I have to drive to a fish store in Nashville to pick one up?

There are plenty of pet stores in my area with standard fw tanks but, I want one that is reef ready and, if possible, has the return lines drilled as well.

I refuse to use HOB skimmers/overflow boxes... Don't ask.

Also, I would appreciate if anyone has any experience with brands/models that come pre drilled

Craigslist is pretty futile for me as well, there isn't a lot of tank turnover in my area.
