    I found 3reef from doing some googling. I'd been reading a variety of sites and there were two that had really had the most info/results. 3R and another (don't remember now). The other site had some good info, but most of the posts were kinda elitist and a snobby. I went with the friendly bunch. :)

    Glad I did.

    I'd been away from the hobby for a few years and did a google search on reef tanks or something like that. My first day on the site I saw posts by Tangster, Amcarrig, and Otty. That was all it took.

    When we were first getting started, I was looking at probably 4 or 5 forums. I kept coming back to 3reef and this is the only forum I actually joined! Been coming back ever since....and I do like the pretty fonts and smilies and karma!
