    welcome to 3 reef, this may sound weird but the best way to speed up coraline growth is to scrape it of the rock(use steal wool or something) and allow the flakes to spread around the tank.

    i would make sure its growing first though. but you may not want to encourage it too much as it will become quite a pain over time, most people with more established tanks must scrape there glass every other day because the view becomes obstructed.
