I need to add to the Plumbing to my reef tank what I needed to do doesn't come in PVC but did in ABS basically adding a true Y to the plumbing for another Larger reactor.

I know you can use PVC glue without issues, but I am unsure about the Transition glue ABS to PVC I do not know if the added chemical composition of the fusing compound for the ABS material will kill everything in my Aquarium even if I rinse it prior to use?

Thanks for any help, I plan on doing this tonight if I get good news/

I'll say its ok if you let it cure for a day.(some say less).ime, cure time is paramount....I have had no issues and have used both types...but lets bump ya up and see if we have any other comments that have more info...or concerns for your DT health. : )
