Everything else sounds fine, but isn't the lighting a bit strong on a 20 gallon tank?

It was white from the start..but one of the sites told me tht it should be brown in colour not white..white mean lack of zooanthellae alge in its tissue..I was worried..

    Nitrite 0.1
    Nitrate 0.1
    Ammonia 0.0
    Ph 8.0

My light is too much?..should I change it?

Just keep an eye on it. If thats how it looked when you bought it, it is probably supposed to look like that. Google purple tip anemone. Looks the same! It is probably fine.

This is a bit off track, but are you experiencing a lot of evaporation in your tank? I would personally raise the lights up more, like at least 8 inches above the tank ;)
