Help me ID this please

So, I have been trying to figure out what this is on my clown fish's fin...

This picture is pretty bad but, any thoughts would be great!

I once had a Raccoon butterfuly fish that had something like that. I watched my green chromis eat it off of him. I figured it was a type of parasite. Once they cleaned him up i never saw it again. It could also just be a wound of some sort from another fish. It's hard to tell from the pic. How long have you noticed the fish with the spot on the fin? I'm sure some more experianced members will comment.

 

I have had that spot on the clown the entire time I've had it...

It has almost been 3 weeks now and nothing has changed... I about to right it off as nothing serious...
