    to the OP. depending on your coral and invert load, you may be able to treat with Hyposalinity. Pull all your snails and shrimp to your hospital tank along with any corals and treat with the Hyposalinity method. Drop the salinity to 1.009 and leave it there for a good 5 weeks with the fish in that tank. this will kill all the Crypt parasites on both the fish and in the display tank. once this is done, raise it back to normal levels over a period of 4-5 days. once done, replace the corals, snails and shrimp.

    I did this exact thing on my 180 in the beginning stages. worked like a charm and we havent seen that parasite since.
