    From what I gathered yes, just more of his antics. Mods have the ability to IP address members, so if it is indeed a friend different IP's would reflect. However if they are one & the same that would reflect as well.

    I don't know if multiple accounts is a forum violation, but if it was true I personally would think about a little mod directed time out. Logging back and forth to +K and +1 posts is a little lame.
