We can all help starting you up in the hobby but first you must let us know your plans on a future setup. What size tank, coral reef or fish only? Sand bed, no sand bed? etc, etc...

Give us some insight. :) You can try FS locator on frags.org.

Oooops how did I forget that

Ok my tank size will be a 65, planning on attempting reef with a couple cool fish.Yes I do plan on having a sand bed. I am not sure of the lights, I am getting this tank from someone who is upgrading.I know the lights are power compacts so no stony's or anything fancy for me. At least for now.

Hello neighbor on the other side of the Connecticut River!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Welcome to 3reef!
Don't be to quick to rule out stonies just because you have pc's!!!!!!!
Pavona, certain Montipora sp. and Acropora Millipora are options for sps. You can also house LPS, such as Plate, Hammer, Torch, Bubble, Frogspawn, Brain(open-Lobophyllia, Trachyphyllia) and some other with long term success!
Let us know how you make out and let us know of what you put in your tank!!!!
    Best of luck!!
