    Hey there 3reefers. I've been bit by the bug. My father-in-law's been at this for thirty years and my brother-in-law's a marine biologist who got me hooked with controls. I'm a control systems engineer so when he showed me his Apex I knew I had to have one and I guessed I might as well get a tank to go with it .

    I've got a 29 bio-cube that's three months in and this forum has provided a wealth of information. I'm a n00b to reef keeping but a pro with controls so hopefully I can give back to the community with that knowledge!

    Hey there, I'm from NOVA. Raised in Herndon and now living in Leesburg.

    Are there any reef clubs or groups local to VA? I've got a bunch of frags I'd love to trade locally. Is there a reason the marketplace shows up empty on 3reef?
