Hello Coral Reefers...

I am a Reno, NV based FNG with 40 years of fresh water tank experience, looking to finally start a reef tank. I have been doing a little research, but admittedly still don't know jack, when it comes to reef tanks. A reef tank has always been a dream of mine, but I have never chosen to pursue it until now. I joined as a way to lurk, read & learn. I recently bought a 75g "previously loved" display tank from a local shop, and then bought a 55g tank at Petco during $1/g sale to use as my sump/refugium. The stand will be custom built by yours truly, to get the height & features that I want, and I am beginning to make up my Christmas list for the rest of my supplies. So for the next month or two, I plan to lurk & read in order to learn enough to ask semi-intelligent questions. Cheers!
