I did and boiled it.... if you look at a couple of my last entrys, I tell the story. I found 1 survivor, a trocus. If the beast is still around, the trocus won't be in the morning:cry::cry:.

I have to say, your avatar cracks me up every time I see it. As for the worm, if it is a eunicid, it may become necessary to start aggressively looking for that sucker. I wouldn't recommend trying to "grab" it with tongs or anything because if it "breaks" the worm, the part that remains in the tank will simply become a new worm. Have you looked around the net for pics of eunicid worms to see if that's what you may have?

Looked up Eunicid worm, sounds close. Oenone Fulgida has all the characteristics of the one in my tank, but wasn't orange. But, my blue actinics were on.:eek::eek:

    Good Work, Karma to you.....

I boiled the Eunices rock and then I boiled it again for good measure:angry::angry:. Could there be any chance the body inside the rock could regenerate? It didn't come out when I poured Coke on it (before I boiled it;D). God knows I don't want any part of it coming back from the dead. Oh no, I'm gonna have nightmares again tonight:eek::eek::eek:
