I'm not sure what type of nem this is but it's now pink (no decent recent pic).
looks like a bubble tip, must have been bleached before but if you say its getting its color back thats a real good sign. in terms of the tube anemones, they are often sold here so not sure if they are considered rare or not and iv had no issue with them and my fish.
they do tend to extend a lot further at night however so that can be problematic for corals, ample space should be given around them
