Will they sting each other and should they be kept apart?

I have read that a hammer coral can be kept in close proximity to other corals of a similar type (including Frogspawn, Torch etc).

    Any advice appreciated

They should be fine placed in close proximity to each other. You are correct that frogspawns, torches and hammers will not harm each other.

they are all part of the Euphyllia family but will sting each other and care should be taken that they have room to move around. torch in perticular will develop sweeper tentacles.

All members of the Euphyllia family will not sting each other. Bubble is in the Plerogyra family so it WILL get stung by torch/frogspawn/etc..

It's always been my understanding that torches are the most aggressive of the euphyllia and will sting just about anything. I have kept frogs/hammers in close proximity with no problems, but torches have always caused havoc and are now kept isolated. Also have some crazy-long sweepers at times :)
